Due to the nature of Lagoon's rides, devices, and attractions, purses, bags, backpacks, waist packs, hats, selfie sticks, and other loose articles are not permitted on rides, devices, or attractions. Cell phones or other small items must be secured in cargo pockets, zippered pockets, or similar. It is recommended riders leave all personal belongings in a locker or with a non-rider. Lagoon is not responsible for items lost or left on ride platforms. Ride, device, or attraction operations will not be suspended to retrieve lost articles during the operational day

Locker rental is available at kiosks with cash or credit card inside the Main Entrance Gates.

Three sizes of lockers are available:

Small 12" W x 20" D x 14.7"H.

Medium 15" W x 18" D x 18" H.

Jumbo 18" W x 27.2 " D x 24.5" H.

Lockers are available at select ride locations for limited-time storage.

File a lost-item report through www.chargerback.com and select Lagoon Amusement Park. You may also call 801-451-8000 ext. 5030 during park operating hours.

All of Lagoon's rides/attractions seat restraints are designed to accommodate guests of average physical stature and body portions. Each guest must be able to use the safety devices which are provided, such as handlebars, seat restraints, and/or lap bars. Restraint systems must be engaged as designed. Due to the design of each ride's restraints, large guests (in terms of height and/or weight) or guests of unusual body proportions may be unable to ride some rides/attractions. Turn of the Century is our only ride with a maximum weight limit of 230 pounds.
