NEW RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations NOT needed for:

  • 2020 Season Passport Holders with redeemed Season Passport ID Cards
  • Unredeemed 2020 Season Passports
  • Single Day Passports Purchased Online
  • Single Day Passports purchased at Lagoon’s ticket windows (your reservation will be made at the time of purchase)


  • Reservations still NEEDED for:

  • Single Day Passports purchased from an authorized third-party seller


  • Due to capacity limitations Lagoon has implemented an online reservation system to promote social distancing and avoid crowding at the Park entrance.

    GREAT NEWS! Beginning August 3, 2020, for the rest of our regular season, Lagoon’s loyal season passport holders (with active 2020 Season Passport ID Cards) and guests purchasing a Season or Single Day Passports online will no longer be required to make a reservation for Park admission. Your reservation will be automatically recorded as you enter the Park. Of course, all guests waiting to enter are subject to our authorized capacity limitations. However, we expect delays, if any, will be minimal.

    Please Note:

  • This policy will be re-evaluated at the start of Frightmares to determine if reservations will then be needed.
  • All other passport holders must still make a reservation as detailed below.
  • All guests waiting to enter the Park are subject to Lagoon’s authorized capacity limits.


  • Please read the following information regarding Lagoon’s new reservation system:
  • Single Day Passports and Season Passports must be purchased BEFORE reservations can be made.
  • Reservations are available for any of the next 7 calendar days.
  • Please only reserve the date(s) you plan to visit Lagoon.
  • Reservations MUST be completed online prior to your visit.
  • Children 24 months (2 years of age) and younger are not required to have a reservation if not utilizing a Single Day Passport or Season Passport.
  • Please come to the Park within your selected time slot to ensure proper social distancing.
  • Once inside guests can stay until the Park closes.


  • Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon entrance to the Park, you will need your Season Passport or Single Day Passport, as well as a reservation confirmation.

    Please Note: We expect this reservation system is likely to evolve as the situation with the novel Coronavirus changes. Lagoon is doing its best to remain flexible during these challenging times and we appreciate the patience and kindness our guests have shared.

X-Venture Zone Attractions are not included with the purchase of a Single Day Passport or Season Passport. No refunds or time extensions on Single Day Passports or Season Passport. A per-item processing fee may be applied to online and phone purchases. Prices subject to change without notice.
    *** A child 24 months of age and younger may enter the park and Lagoon A Beach at no charge and without a reservation. To participate on rides and special events a Youth Single Day Passport, Season Passport, or Individual Ride Tickets are required. Individual ride tickets are sold 2 for $1.00, rides vary between 4 to 10 tickets per ride.
