Camping Rules

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the office. Following are a few simple rules. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation.

Check-In Time 12:00 p.m.
AFTER 12 noon on day of arrival.


Check-Out Time 11:00 a.m.
Prior to 11:00 a.m. on day of departure. When staying over an extra night, please make arrangements prior to 10:00 a.m.


Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.


RV Guests (Please help us maintain the grass for future visitors.)
Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on campsites. A small mat (24" x 24") is allowed at the base of your stairs.


Tent Guests (Please help us maintain the grass for future visitors.)
If you are visiting the campground for three or more days, please move your tent one tent-length on your third day.


Vehicles (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per site.)
All vehicles must display a valid campground parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles must not block road or adjacent site(s). Speed limit is 10 MPH.


Visitors (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per site.)
When having visitors over for the day or night they must register at the office and purchase a campground parking permit. (If parking is not available on site, day visitors will be required to park in the main lot. Lagoon parking fee will apply.)


Pets (All pets must be registered with the Campground Office.)
Animals must be kept on a a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at campsite. Animal waste needs to be picked up by the pet owner and disposed of in garbage containers.


Warning - Farmington Creek
Farmington Creek is unfenced and located on the east side of the Campground bordering spaces 193-208. At times Farmington Creek has deep, fast moving water, such as during the spring runoff. Even when the flow is lower, Farmington Creek is a danger to young children, please use caution and closely supervise children in the area of Farmington Creek.


Children
Parents are responsible at all times for their children's safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms and do not allow children to play in the roadway.


Restrooms & Showers
Three facilities are available (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Due to Board of Health regulations animals and the washing of dishes is prohibited in the restrooms.


Facilities
Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Grills are not available on sites for cooking.


Fires
Non-Fire Campground. Grills and fire pits are not available on premises. Personal Charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Please do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Fireworks are prohibited on Campground premises.


Garbage
Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in a gray containers located throughout the campground. Garbage bags my be obtained at the office.


Laundry
Laundry room is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at site.

Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc., while outside a personal camping vehicle is not permitted on Lagoon property. Lagoon RV Park & Campground closes certain sites and areas of the campground for landscaping and maintenance throughout the season.
