Decide before you ride: Watch the ride in operation and read all warning signs before you determine whether this ride is really for you.
There are inherent risks in the participation in or on any amusement ride or device, water slide or other attraction, and such participation may be hazardous regardless of all reasonable safety measures undertaken by Lagoon. Lagoon guests using an amusement ride or device, water slide or other attraction accept the risks inherent in such participation of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware. Guests also have a duty to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the amusement ride or device, water slide or other attraction, and to obey all oral and/or written warnings prior to and/or during participation.
Each guest needs to recognize that forces created by some rides may aggravate some temporary physical conditions and could injure people with disabilities who are unable to deal with such forces. Guests with a disability, whether permanent or temporary, including recent illness, surgery, brace, cast, pregnancy, etc., must use common sense in determining whether to enter a ride in light of their disability and/or physical condition.
Loose articles (cameras, glassware, stuffed animals, etc.) may not be taken on rides and should be left with a non-rider. Attendant is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen items.
Lagoon Guest Rider Responsibility is dictated by the Utah Amusement Park Rider Responsibility Act – Utah Code Ann. 78-27-61.
