2007 Frightmares Good Any Day Ticket Plan

Consignment Fright Pass
Regular Fright Pass (ages 4 and over) ...... $22.50 + Tax -- Save $5.45!

A discount ticket program where your company can sell Fright Passes to your employees at a substantial discount by receiving Good Any Day tickets on a consignment basis. Fright Passes on consignment are valid any operating day of the Frightmares schedule.

Here's how the program works:
Contact your Lagoon Sales Representative or our Marketing Office at (801) 451-8060.
Provide general company information.
Complete a Terms of Payment Agreement*. Once Lagoon receives your completed Terms of Payment Agreement, your ticket order will be mailed to you.
Specify the number of tickets you would like to order in increments of fifty (50). Minimum order is 50 tickets.
Specify the number of posters you would like for your place of business to advertise ticket sales. Customized posters are 11"x 17" and free of charge.
You will receive your tickets within five working days.
Payments for tickets sold and unused tickets are due no later than November 15, 2007.
All payments must be in the form of a company check, money order, or cash.
(Cash must be hand-delivered.) Lagoon does not accept personal checks.
Tickets may be re-ordered as often as needed.


*Terms of Payment Agreement is not a credit application. It is an agreement, signed by the company, stating that the company understands and agrees to Lagoon's terms of payment. This form must be completed in order to participate in the Frightmares GAD ticket program.

What are GAD Tickets?
GAD Fright Passes are Good Any Day during the current Frightmares operating schedule. Passes are transferable. Each Fright Pass includes rides, haunted walk-throughs, midway, Pioneer Village, picnic areas and daily entertainment.

Restrictions and Rules of GAD Ticket Programs:
Lagoon's Good Any Day Fright Passes are for resale to your organization's members, direct clientele and/or employees only.
Resale of these passes to the general public will result in cancellation of this program with your company.
Payments are to be made within 30 days of due date.
Lagoon is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled passes once received by your company.
Lagoon does not accept personal checks.
Prior approval by Lagoon is required if resale price exceeds the purchase price.
